Important information about how the service works
Each repair session requires one OTP. The OTP is only consumed after the operation completes successfully — if anything fails on our side, your token is safe.
You must verify every customer before doing any work. Always collect valid ID proof and device ownership proof — purchase bill, box IMEI, or owner permission. Lost or stolen devices are strictly not allowed.
Your OTP remains valid regardless of server maintenance or downtime. It stays in your account until you successfully use it for a repair operation.
Once a repair operation completes successfully, the OTP is consumed and non-refundable. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing.
